Payment and Cancellation Policies
- All payments must be made via bank transfer, deposit or credit card ( we use the platform WETRAVEL), Cash payments are accepted in unique circumstances – please review with your Cuyabeno Travel Agent. All payments are required to be canceled in full 45 days BEFORE the program begins. A 30% deposit is enough to reserve your program. Otherwise, dates will be put on hold and released 45 days before the travel date. The total of the tour is due 30 days before the beginning of the tour or at the moment of reservation if the start date is less than 15 days away. If for some reason you cannot travel, including due to COVID-19, you may transfer your program to another person. You may also postpone your program at no additional cost.
